The terms and conditions apply to all purchases from the website www.nymarkcopenhagen.dk. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Shipping and Delivery information
Denmark: Free Delivery.
Europe: DKK 100,00.
Products that are on stock will be shipped within 1-2 working days. In Denmark orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days from the shipment date and in the EU within 7 working days from the shipment date.
If the customer orders several items and one ore more of the items is out of stock Nymark Copenhagen will not ship the order before each item is back in stock again. In such case the delivery time may be up to 7 weeks within the EU. If the product which is on stock needs to be delivered within a specific date please write an email to email@example.com and we will figure something out.
Remember to collect your parcel. If the customer does not collect a parcel and the parcel is shipped back to Nymark Copenhagen we will charge a freight cost.
In case the parcel is not collected in time by the customer and any kind off fee is added, the customer is responsible for the extra cost and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return-shipment. This includes freight costs, any extra payments, duties, taxes and fees, return charges, any additional fees, etc.
Nymark Copenhagen will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause, which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your legal rights.
We ensure that our goods are packaged in a way that protects the items during the shipment but sometimes damage does occur. We apologize for any inconvenience that it might cause. If anything has been damaged during the shipment please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately upon receipt of the goods.
The customer has the right to return unused products within 14 days from the delivery date. The 14 day period begins after receipt of order confirmation via e-mail, but under no circumstances earlier than the customer has received the goods.
If you wish to return a product please pack your order with a copy of the original order confirmation or invoice. You have to state the reason for returning the product and send the package in a protected envelope or package. Please mark the package with “returning goods”. We recommend insurance compared to the value of the shipment. Make sure to get a receipt as a proof that you have returned the item(s).
If the returned goods comply with our returns policy we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order within 14 days after we receive your returned products. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
The condition of the product when you return it:
The item must be undamaged and free of any markings of any kind. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and its functionality. In other words – you can test the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it as used. In order to receive the full purchase amount in return, you may only handle the product in a way you would at a physical store. You can test the product, but cannot take it into actual use.
All return of products is at the buyer’s expense and risk. Nymark Copenhagen will only cover the shipping cost when return of products is a result of our fault.
Refunds will only be made when Nymark Copenhagen has received the returned product. Nymark Copenhagen will only refund to the credit card that was used when placing the order in order to prevent fraud.

Please note: When trying on items of jewellery, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or cream which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
Price and payment
All prices stated on the online-shop are in DKK and inclusive 25% Danish VAT. At nymarkcopenhagen.dk you can pay with Visa or Mastercard as well as make the payment via Bank transfer. The amount will be withdrawn from your account as soon as your purchase has been dispatched from our stock.

We do not offer tax-free purchases on orders from non-EU countries.
All of our products are covered by the Purchase Act with a 24 month warranty. This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation. Legitimate claims are loose stones and fixtures, surface scratches as well as broken items at delivery.
The warranty does not cover when damages arise due to misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear, such as that gold plating and rhodium over time will fade, as well as surfaces that are scratched by normal wear. The warranty does not cover improper use or mishandling of the jewellery.

Any repairs must be carried out by Nymark Copenhagen, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Nymark Copenhagen. Failure to adhere to this will invalidate the warranty.

- What do we do with your personal information
We record your personal information for the sole purpose of delivering products to you. When we collect personal information through our webshop, we ensure that it always happens when you submit your consent so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

Name / address / phone number / email address
- Information about your name, address, order number and specific (if any) delivery requests are communicated to GLS or a carrier who handles the delivery of the purchased items to you.
- Information supplied to Nymark Copenhagen ApS will not be transferred or sold in any way to third parties, and we will not register any sensitive personal information.
- Only employees who have a real need to access your personal information to perform their work have access to them.
- Information related to orders in the webshop are not sensitive personal information, naturally there is a requirement for high data security in connection with the payment. Here we work with Clearhaus AS and Quickpay, which have data responsibility for secure payment. They only deal with information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
- Information collected in connection with your purchase(s) made through the webshop will be stored for five years to the end of a financial period to comply with requirements of the Accounting Act.
